Imtiaz Developments, a renowned Dubai real estate developer, has unveiled the experience center for its latest project, Luxor by Imtiaz, a luxury apartment complex located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The highly anticipated experience center showcases the extravagant living and contemporary elegance that residents can expect from this world-class development.
Luxor by Imtiaz comprises of 450 units and offer a variety of amenities, including a built-in office for work from home, a sky garden, a recreation podium, an infinity pool, a kid’s area, a barbeque area, a fully equipped gymnasium, a luxurious spa, an ultra-modern theater, and a state-of-the-art clubhouse. The project also features eco-friendly features such as multi-level car parking spaces with charging points for electric vehicles.
The unveiling of the experience center was attended by senior officials of Imtiaz Developments, celebrity Bollywood star Nora Fatehi, and popular influencers in the UAE. Masih Imtiaz, CEO of Imtiaz Developments, said that the company aims to create a space that fosters a deeper connection with the community and the city of Dubai. He also added that the apartments at Luxor by Imtiaz are envisioned as a gathering place for families and creating lasting memories.
Luxor by Imtiaz is expected to be completed and ready to move in by 2026. The project has a total value of approximately AED390 million ($106,178,943).
